Can microsoft banned people for PREMIUM themes they didnt pay for?
so i have an xbox360, i know that people could download premium themes (backgrounds). if u transfer those illegally PREMIUM downloaded themes and put them on the 360, can microsoft find out that u did that, can microsoft find out and banned ur console? i heard there was also such thing as suspension, for how long those that go? and if ur console does get banned, those ur gamertag get taken away? same goes for gamerpics
They are not premium themes, they are regular themes.
1st of all, there is no way they will find out, don’t worry about anything,
but most likely, no, you will not get banned, unless you change the color of your avatar, then they will because even a monkey will notice you are a hacker.
They won’t fret over some little gamerpics or themes you got for free.
